I wanted a longer bar for my CS590 to do freehand milling, and my computations suggested a 32" bar would be ideal. This item was the only lightweight bar option I was able to find for the Echo at 32", and I am incidentally stoked about the purchase because the adapter now gives me access to many/numerous other Stihl bar options in the future!
I purchased the Tsumura 28" light weight bar along with the D009 to D0025 adapter for my Echo CS-7310 along with a 91 link Oregon chain. At first try, I could not get the chain to fit as it was too tight. I think Echo's bar studs are a bit further from the center of the sprocket than Stihl's saws. I contacted Saw Suppliers and they responded the very next business day offering to send both a 92 and 93 link chain. I asked for the 93 link thinking it would be a better fit and they had it shipped to me that same day. Unfortunately, I estimated incorrectly and the 93 link chain was too long so attempted installing the 91 link chain again. After much fanagling, I was able to get it installed. I used the new bar and chain this week cutting some large Maple and it performed flawlessly. I am MOST impressed with Saw Supplier's customer service! They even sent me a few extra links thinking I might need them for the 91 link chain along with a hand written note. That is a level of customer service you rarely see these days. They have earned my business for all things chainsaw related.
I purchased the D176 to D025 adapter for my CS-590 along with a 24" Versacut bar so I could utilize the bar on different saws. I am very happy to report the adapter fits perfectly and really loving the Versacut bar on my saw. Great service and prices from Saw Suppliers! They will be my go to supplier for all my saw supplies along with anything else they supply.
I used the tub of grase that came with it.. it is also able to be refilled with any other grease which also works great .. quality grease gun would highly recommend you get one of these. Much easier to use then the 10 dollar versions which also work but this one is much easier
I switched my Stihl MS 180 to the .325/.043 & what a difference it has made.
The new narrower kerf flies through the logs.
I was cutting fresh oak limbs from the trunks and the little Stihl has never cut so fast. The cut was smoother too.
