Returns, Refunds & Warranty Service
Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused

The item must be in the same condition you received it

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Your order number or proof of purchase must be included with the return
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to partial refund or refusal.
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Chainsaws, power equipment, and machines with engines

Items labeled “Special Order”

Gift cards
-
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Certain health and personal care items
Power equipment and machines are not eligible for return once purchased. These products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and must be serviced through an authorized local dealer or service center.
Used Equipment
Power equipment such as chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, and other machines cannot be returned once they have been fueled, oiled, started, or used.
Once equipment has been fueled, operated, or shows signs of use, it is considered used equipment and is no longer eligible for return or refund.
Any performance or mechanical concerns must be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty and serviced by an authorized service dealer.
Authorized Dealer & Manufacturer Warranty
We are an authorized dealer for the brands and products we sell. Equipment purchased from us qualifies for the full manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty diagnosis and repair must be performed by an authorized service dealer according to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
If you experience an issue with equipment purchased from us:

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue

We will help guide you to an authorized service center near you

The service center will inspect the equipment and perform any approved warranty repair
Equipment Setup & Operation Responsibility
Power equipment such as chainsaws, trimmers, and blowers require proper setup, fuel, operation, and maintenance.
Customers are responsible for:

Using the correct fuel, oil, and mixture
-
Following manufacturer operating instructions

Performing normal maintenance
-
Operating equipment in a safe and proper manner
Issues caused by improper fuel, incorrect oil mixture, misuse, or lack of maintenance are not covered under manufacturer warranty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within several business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Pre-Order Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if the order is canceled.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for:

Items not returned in their original condition

Items returned damaged or missing parts not due to our error

Items returned after the 30-day return window (if accepted at our discretion)
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless a return label is provided by us.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refused Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages
If an order is refused at delivery or returned to us as unclaimed, the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided during checkout, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
