The OREGON 72DPX is a durable, forgiving, and smooth‑cutting semi‑chisel chain that excels in mixed or dirty wood conditions. It’s not the fastest cutter compared to full‑chisel chains, but it’s far more tolerant of dulling and sharpening errors — which is exactly why many pros keep it as their “workhorse” chain.
