We bought two of them to add to the fleet these are amazing at moving large quantities of leaves and debris quickly. You make back what you spend on the blower in saved labor time in no time.

The saw came well packaged and in great shape. It was easy to see the TLC that was put into the shipment.
I had bought a performance muffler to install on this new 550XP. When removing the 4 muffler bolts I found them excessively tight and stiff during removal. I found a sliver of metal on both upper bolts that could have been thread material. They reinstalled OK. One of the bottom bolts had thread damage to the point it wouldn't be good to reuse it. Also, you could see thread damage in the bolt hole. I had a machine shop clean up that bolt hole with a 6mm tap. They said the bold was bent and that caused the damage.
My local Husqvarna Dealer ordered new bolts and I will pick them up tomorrow. They made a warrentee claim and it seemed to work out with Husqvarna.
So, this is not a major deal and I'm looking forward to using this 550XP. Good Service by SawSuppliers and my local dealer.
