The 620p has been great so far, plenty of power, and starts super easy. The customer service from Saw Suppliers was excellent and I appreciate the extra goodies they threw in with my order. I will definitely be buying another echo from them in the future
I am an Arborist with a tree service company. I have 14 saws right now and I have owned many more for years. I've owned dozens of Husqvarna and Stihl chainsaws. A few years ago I bought an Echo 590 for a bucking saw that was modestly priced and suitable for employees developing saw skills. This saw is a bit heavy but it has been the most reliable saw I have ever owned. The only Issue I've had is with the chain break lever. The plastic bit on the hand guard that engages the brake snapped off. We got a new hand guard but the same piece broke off again. My mechanic put a bolt through that spot to replace the plastic tab solved the issue for good. We were so pleased with this saw we got another one when we added a second crew. This time I just bought the powerhead and bar adapter to fit a Stihl compatible bar on this echo.I bought a tsumara 24" .063 bar and Oregon full chisel power cut chain. I opened up the muffler a bit and cleaned the piston and cylinder with diesel and wiped it out before I fired it up. I spent just over $500 for the saw and the set up. It cuts excellent. Plenty of power to go through 24" Ponderosa pine fast. We used it bucking 8" oak rounds and it performs as good as any pro saw. It hasn't even broken in yet so I haven't pushed it to see max capability. People mod these up and put much longer bars on them. If you want a reliable saw in the mid power range you wont find a better saw for the money. Saw suppliers has great prices fast shipping and very good customer service. This thing powers through small logs and big branches. It’s light and quiet. Love it.
The saw itself is awesome. Plenty of power, good price, excellent warranty program. Came lightning fast (received next day!). Was missing a chain but customer service got on it right away and shipped me 2 chains within 2 business days. WIll definitely use you guys again in the future!
Nice saw! Had a little issue the first 15 minutes of run time but after a half tank of fuel run time the saw was broken in and it runs great, very powerful , easy to start. Happy so far!

First off sawsuppliers gets A+. I will buy from them in the future. As for the 620p Haven't got much time on it yet. So far it's a good running saw, good power. Personally I like the simple on/off switch ext. At this point I would buy it again. Time will tell how well it holds up.
