When I received and assembled the Husqvarna 562 XP® Mark II Chain Saw, according to the manual, paying close attention to the anti-kickback clutch arrangement with the front shield and start/stop switch, it was impossible to pull on the starter cord and I never got it to start.
So I repeatedly checked to make sure nothing was binding on the clutch and the chain was not tight on the bar, yet, when I would tighten the clutch cover, it was impossible to pull the cord. So I took the band off of the clutch and the problem was solved.
How that engineering got out the door of the factory is beyond my comprehension.
SawSuppliers is going to have many unhappy customers, who also made the mistake of buying this Husqvarna 562 XP® Mark II Chain Saw. "300 years of innovation" It's the first and last Husqvarna that I buy, given the level of poor engineering, with a history of "300 years of innovation".
When I took that band out, it solved all the problems -- that band is never going back in that saw.
Standard config pro chain rips. Sharp and sharpens easy and holds its edge for a long time. No kickback protection. Not for the inexperienced. You can, but kickback can happen.

I bought this 16 inch Nano bar to put on my Milwaukee 14inch climbing saw. The saw is rated for a 12-14inch bar but it works like a charm. Limbed a big oak no problem.
Needed to get a replacement chain. Came across the website. They had exactly what I needed in stock. Fast shipping….. will buy again!
