There was an oversight in the order and Saw Suppliers made it right quickly sending me replacement chains by extra quick mail. Jess was more than fair in the adjustment and as a result I doubt I'll buy any supplies that they carry anywhere else. I'd give them 6 stars if possible.

Not many reviews of this one out there but Jess was able to guide me in the right direction and so glad I picked this one up. I don't see how you could need anymore power than this and ergos are great! I was able to clean up my property (oak tree leaves, pine needles and sticks) in minutes where my old 580BT failed miserably. This is my second purchase from SawSuppliers and the service provided is unmatched in the industry. I will definitely be making future purchases from them.
There was an issue with the shipping. Once they were made aware of it, they reshipped 2nd day air and added to the order which I didn’t expect and they didn’t have to. First class business and employees!
Cuts like a sawmill with minimal effort. Works great for me on 20" and 24" bars. Nothing squirrely. Very happy running this combo in the woods.
