Best sharpener I've used!

Very easy to use. It has guide marks to help you keep both sides cutting even, making your cuts stay straight. Cuts wood like it's warm butter. This sharpener allows you to sharpen both sides of the chain with just a flip of the tool. Highly recommend!

This in not a 3/8" pitch sharpener

It's a fine tool, but this specific sharpener is for a .404 pitch chain. The guide rail will barely catch the tip of the next tooth on a 3/8" pitch chain when sharpening as intended. This would however work well for sharpening a 3/8" pitch ripping chain sharpened at 10 degrees. The model 17303 is the one to buy for a regular 3/8" pitch cross-cutting chain.

I'm hoping Saw Suppliers will let me exchange this item considering their site has incorrect information in the item description.
