I wasn't overly concerned with the shipping time. However, they included a handwritten note apologizing for the delay and included some fuel stabilizer. Very nice touch and greatly appreciated!

Awesome mighty might of a little saw. It’s become my go to and just the week that I’ve owned it for doing most firewood and small jobs keeping the trails clean around the property. Once the auto tune, got it set up this is a little ripping saw.!
So far so good using red armor. I’ve noticed considerably less smoke stink using this vs the husky or stihl brand oils. Mixed as recommended. Good price from saw suppliers and a pleasure to do business with.
I bought a 24 inch VersaCut bar .050 gauge to run with skip chain bucking hitches on the landing. This bar is very tight on the chain and the sprocket tip spins with some resistance resulting in the saw struggling to turn at all at times. Ill get it going and make a cut, but its a constant headache. It also seems to have trouble accumulating chips between the bar and chain. I’ve run husky and Oregon powermatch bars for years and will be switching back.
