Ordered a 592 over two weeks ago and was given a receipt right away. But haven't been able to reach anyone at the company, they don't have anyone working the phones, and no saw has been shipped.

I have and had questions on this product butt it's hard getting ahold of a person in the company. It would be great if the phone number you can call if someone picked it up and was able to talk to a human being. It sometimes is easier to do business that way
I ordered 3.identical chains and 2 were correct and 1 was the wrong size. I sent an email to explain but no one has responded, the phone number they provide,no one answered.
