I emailed them to confirm they would match a price, and they responded back the same day saying they would. They told me to place the order, and email them letting them know. They said they would refund the difference, and send me the $5 coupon they promise.
I've been emailing them for over a month now asking for the coupon, no answer. I tried calling their customer service number, it's just a prerecorded message that tells you to email them, then hangs up.
I mean at the end of the day $5 isn't a lot of money, but to me it is the principal of the matter.
I’ve used the saw bucking firewood logs and will be cutting several trees down soon. It starts easy, is very powerful, much lighter than a typical saw with this much horsepower. So far I’m very happy with the saw.

I have and had questions on this product butt it's hard getting ahold of a person in the company. It would be great if the phone number you can call if someone picked it up and was able to talk to a human being. It sometimes is easier to do business that way
